Meredith Petit currently serves as the Parks & Recreation Director for the City of Corvallis since October 2020. Prior to this role, Meredith Petit held positions as Director of Recreation & Parks and Recreation Superintendent for the City of El Segundo from August 2010 to September 2020. Additional experience includes serving as Recreation Manager, Recreation Supervisor, and Community Services Coordinator for the City of Agoura Hills from July 2004 to July 2010. Educationally, Meredith Petit earned a Master’s degree in Public Policy & Administration from California Lutheran University between 2003 and 2005 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks & Recreation Management from Northern Arizona University from 1999 to 2003.
