Monica Saenz has a diverse background in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as Interim Employee Relations Manager and Senior Human Resources Analyst for the City of Corpus Christi since June 2021. Prior to this, Monica held the position of Risk Management Analyst at the Port of Corpus Christi Industrial Development Authority for a brief period in 2021. Monica's experience includes a substantial tenure as Human Resources Manager at Omni Hotels & Resorts from March 2016 to March 2021, and self-employment providing custom hair accessories for children from 2009 to 2014. Previous roles also include handling human resources responsibilities at Ewing Construction, training new hires at First Data Corporation and APAC Customer Services, and customer service duties at First Data Corporation.
