Pamela Gill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communications and public service. Currently serving as a Councillor for the City of Corner Brook since September 2021, Pamela also holds the position of Communications Manager at Grenfell Campus, Memorial University, since 2017. Previous roles include Communications Co-ordinator at Memorial University of Newfoundland from November 1998 to June 2017, and PR Specialist at Western Health Care Corporation from November 1998 to September 2000. Pamela's early career as a journalist at The Western Star from July 1994 to November 1998 laid a strong foundation in media communications. Academically, Pamela possesses a Master's Certificate in Project Management from the Schulich School of Business and multiple degrees from Memorial University of Newfoundland and the University of King's College, including a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in English/French, along with a Bachelor of Journalism.
