Delia Wharton currently serves as a Payroll Coordinator for the City of Coral Springs since February 2024. Prior to this role, Delia worked as a Staffing and Recruiting Manager at the Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County from July 2022 to February 2024, overseeing the recruitment and staffing processes in compliance with state and federal regulations. Delia's extensive experience in human resources began with a long tenure at the City of Coral Springs from January 2008 to August 2022 as a Human Resources Partner. Delia holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from American InterContinental University and is certified as an IPMA-CP in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration through IPMA.
