Ryan Rackley is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in executive-level IT management and project execution. Currently serving as the Department IT Coordinator and Finance and Management Department IT Lead for the City of Columbus since December 2013, Ryan oversees all IT engagement for the city, focusing on business relationship management and problem management for key business units. Prior to this role, Ryan accumulated over 13 years of experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where responsibilities included leading problem management for regional IT support operations and managing the full project lifecycle for IT technology implementations. Ryan's career also includes positions in technology sales, technical support, and network operations, showcasing a diverse skill set in IT enablement, customer education, and technical troubleshooting. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Franklin University.
