Ayana García currently serves as the Boards and Commissions Program Administrator for the City of Colorado Springs, where responsibilities include overseeing the administration of City Council Appointed Boards, facilitating member recruitment and onboarding, and coordinating training and compliance with legislation. Additionally, Ayana holds a position as the Director for Civic Engagement and Policy on the Board of the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Southern Colorado, focusing on support for local Filipino businesses. Past experience includes roles in event staffing for KIRA Event Services, coordinating the Elevating Leadership Development Program at El Pomar Foundation, and various positions related to social media management and policy research. Ayana holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration with a focus on Community Development from Yonsei University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology.
