Debra Hogan currently serves as the People and Culture Manager for the City of Cibolo since June 2023. Prior to this role, Debra held the position of Risk Manager at Hays County from August 2020 to June 2023. Additionally, Debra was the Human Resource Director at Community Action, Inc. for nearly 13 years, from November 2007 to August 2020, and at Marriott DFW Airport South from December 2002 to November 2007. Debra Hogan earned a degree from Arkansas Tech University between 1993 and 1997.
