Tracy Lamb is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and coaching. Currently serving as the Director for the City of Chula Vista since 2018, Tracy previously worked as a consultant from January 2017 to April 2018. Tracy's extensive experience includes a lengthy tenure with the United States Olympic Committee, where roles included Director of the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista and Associate Director of the Lake Placid Olympic Training Center. Additionally, Tracy served as Head Coach for Biathlon Canada from October 1988 to January 1992. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from Temple University, where studies took place between 1977 and 1980.
