Krista Burroughs has extensive experience in program management, planning, and event coordination, currently serving as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Chula Vista since July 2017. Krista has held the position of Associate Program Manager at CLEAResult since January 2013, overseeing multi-million dollar rebate programs for Southern California utility companies. Additionally, Krista is the owner of Paper Jewels Events, specializing in wedding and event planning since April 2009. Previous professional roles include Project Manager at Conservation Services Group and Program Manager at the Resource Conservation District of Greater San Diego County. Earlier in the career, Krista worked as Landscape Planner II for the City of Chula Vista and Project Manager at Urban Arena. Krista holds a Bachelor's of Science in Landscape Architecture from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and a diploma from Diamond Bar High School.
