Jennifer Macarthy has been involved in various roles related to community and economic development, education, and regional leadership. With experience in both the public and educational sectors, Jennifer has held positions such as Assistant City Manager in the City of Chico, Deputy Administrative Officer in Butte County, and Director of Career and Technical Education Grants at Butte College. With a background in Economics from Santa Clara University, Jennifer also served as the Interim Co-Chair of the North Far North Regional Consortium, overseeing career education initiatives in the northern California region.
