Ann Schwab has extensive experience in public service and community leadership. Serving as Mayor and Council Member for the City of Chico since 2004, and as Program Director for CAVE (Community Action Volunteers in Education) since 1999, Ann has demonstrated a strong commitment to local initiatives. Additionally, Ann has held the position of President at Chico Velo Cycling Club since 1990 and has been Chair of both the Rawlins Advisory Board and the Northern Sacramento Valley Integrated Regional Water Management Board since 2005 and 2011, respectively. Ann's career began at Mervyns, where an area manager role was held from 1977 to 1996. Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Chico, and graduated from Buchser High School.
