Kaila Graham is a professional with experience in testing and assessment, human resources, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Testing and Assessment Specialist for the City of Chicago, Kaila has previously worked in human resources at the Cantigny Foundation and held an internship in talent acquisition at Technical Consulting & Research, Inc. Kaila holds a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology, completed in May 2023, and also attended UC Santa Barbara from September 2017 to June 2019.
