Karen Spangler is a Code Enforcement Officer for the City of Chesterfield, actively engaged in daily inspections of residential areas and businesses since November 2021, and representing the city in court to address violation summonses. Prior to this role, Karen served as a government employee in St. Charles from October 2010 to July 2021, and as a personal banker at Citizens National Bank from October 2003 to October 2010, overseeing branch operations and managing ATM transactions. Karen earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from Post University.
