Danis Pelmore has extensive experience in property inspection and management, currently serving as a Property Maintenance Inspector for the City of Champaign since August 2019. Prior to this role, Danis worked as a Housing Inspector for the City of Urbana, Illinois, where responsibilities included inspecting various types of structures and enforcing compliance with building codes and property maintenance regulations. Additional roles include academic hourly work at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, office management at Lucky Lincoln LLC, and numerous positions in the insurance and financial sectors, including Insurance Advisor at Mutual of Omaha and various technical and administrative roles at State Farm Insurance. Danis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Illinois State University.
