Nicole R. Carlson, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for the City of Casper since August 2018. In this role, Nicole manages the HR Division, overseeing the development and implementation of various HR programs and policies, while also mentoring leadership on personnel matters. Previously, Nicole has served as the Interim Clerk of Municipal Court, leading significant projects such as a case management software transition. Earlier experiences include roles as a Human Resources Generalist at OZ Architecture and an Employee Relations Specialist at Chipotle Mexican Grill. Nicole's career at the City of Casper also includes positions as Human Resources Technician, Human Resources Administrative Assistant, and Emergency Dispatcher. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Wyoming and an Associate of Business in Business Administration from Casper College.
