Emine Gurleyen currently serves as Team Leader Statutory Planning at the City of Casey since November 2024. Prior experience includes a range of roles at Mornington Peninsula Shire from July 2017 to November 2024, including Principal Planner and various team leader positions in planning services and support. Emine's earlier positions include Planner and Customer Service Officer at Knox City Council from March 2016 to July 2017, and graduate architect at AGL Homes from July 2014 to May 2016. Emine began a career in local government at Yarra Ranges Council from November 2011 to July 2014, holding multiple roles including Project Officer and Contact Centre Officer. The professional journey began as a Receptionist at Ray White from March 2010 to October 2011. Emine holds a Bachelor of Environments in Architecture from the University of Melbourne, completed in 2014.
