Holly Deleppo is an experienced Training and Development Specialist with a robust background in creating and delivering training programs for a diverse range of employees across multiple organizations. Currently employed at the City of Cape Coral since July 2015, Holly has developed a Leadership Development program, collaborated with senior management on departmental needs, and implemented a performance management system. Previous roles include Training & Development Specialist at Goodwill Industries of SWFL and Business Management Instructor at Heritage Institute, as well as a Learning and Development Specialist and Contact Center Associate at Chico's FAS, Inc. Holly's early career included leadership as a Store Manager and Market Training Manager at Rent-A-Center, Inc., overseeing training for multiple stores. Holly holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and a Post Baccalaureate in Psychology from Florida Gulf Coast University.
