Joanne Harwood is an experienced SAP Developer and Technical Analyst with a career spanning over two decades. Currently, Joanne has been providing SAP development services at the City of Burnaby since March 2008. Previous contractual roles include positions at Catalyst Paper, Spectra Energy, and TELUS Communications, where Joanne contributed to various SAP projects. Notably, Joanne has substantial experience in both development and technical analysis, having served as a prime developer for significant projects at Catalyst Paper. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The Manchester Metropolitan University and The University of Manchester, completed between 1992 and 1996.
