Elaine Bujoreanu, CPHR, currently serves as the People & Culture Supervisor for Total Rewards & HRIS at the City of Burnaby since April 2023. Prior to this role, Elaine worked at the City of Port Coquitlam from July 2017 to April 2023 as a Human Resources Business Analyst, where responsibilities included developing performance metrics, implementing HRIS solutions, and managing an attendance program. Previous experience includes leading employee records and benefits initiatives at BC Clinical and Support Services and Provincial Health Services Authority, and serving in various roles at Health Shared Services BC, focusing on HRIS upgrades and benefit administration for over 50,000 employees. Elaine holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from The University of British Columbia, and a Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Thompson Rivers University.
