Brian Ramsey, P.E., serves as the Director of Engineering for the City of Bristol, Tennessee, starting in August 2022. Prior to this role, Brian garnered over two decades of experience with the Tennessee Department of Transportation as an Operations District Supervisor from May 2001 to August 2022. Brian's career began in the US Army, where responsibilities included serving as an Aviation Officer and a Field Artillery Surveyor from 1994 to 2005. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Tennessee Technological University between 1999 and 2001.
