Falah Jaddo has extensive experience in human resources systems, particularly in Oracle PeopleSoft and SuccessFactors, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the ERP Team Lead at the City of Brampton since September 2019, Falah oversees a technical and functional team supporting HCM processes. Prior roles include Business Process Analyst at the Region of Peel and various managerial and analytical positions at Deloitte Canada, CSC, and Educational Testing Service, focusing on HRIS, benefits, payroll, and technical support. Falah began the career at The Hospital for Sick Children, where responsibilities included implementation and support of HR and payroll systems. Falah holds a Master's degree in Engineering Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from University College Dublin.
