Ann Sheehan currently serves as a Senior Personnel Officer for the City of Boston, especially focused on managing HR operations for the Boston Centers for Youth & Families. With experience as a Group Fitness Instructor at Equinox and a Human Resources Specialist for Watertown Public Schools, Ann has developed strong capabilities in onboarding, payroll management, and personnel database administration. Previous roles include Client Success Operations Analyst and Account Manager at The Predictive Index, as well as positions in recruitment and public relations. Ann holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Stonehill College and has also studied at Lorenzo de' Medici.
