Scott Aspenlieder is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public service and engineering. Currently serving on the Billings City Council and as a Board Member for the National Water Resource Association, Aspenlieder also holds the position of Commissioner for MDT District 5 and Chair of the Gaming Advisory Council at the Montana Department of Justice. Additional board memberships include the Chase Hawks Memorial Association and St. Vincent’s Hospital Foundation. Aspenlieder has a long-standing role as Principal and Director of Human Resources at Performance Engineering and is a past president of the Montana Water Resource Association. Educationally, Aspenlieder earned a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman.
