Dave McPartland has extensive experience in emergency services, currently serving as a Fire Captain and Firefighter with the City of Berkeley since October 2002. In addition, Dave has been a Lead Paramedic Team Manager with FEMA's USAR CATF-4 since April 2003, showcasing a strong commitment to both local and national emergency response efforts.
