Gayatri Agnew is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles focused on accessibility, economic opportunity, and educational initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of the Accessibility Center of Excellence at Walmart since October 2014, Gayatri leads efforts to design products and services for universal access. Previously, Gayatri held significant positions at Walmart, including Senior Director of Walmart Giving Economic Opportunity, where recognition included the 2020 Sam Walton Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Additional contributions include serving as a City Council Member in Bentonville and as Program Director for the Wadhwani Foundation, where efforts were directed toward educational technology in vocational education. Gayatri's background also encompasses trusteeship at Seattle Community College District and various leadership roles in community organizations and foundations. Academic qualifications include an MBA and a BA in Political Science from Seattle University.
