Kaitlin Ikenberry is a Business System Analyst II at the City of Bend since September 2018, focusing on leveraging technology for process improvement initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as a Program Technician I and Fabrication Operator at Microsemi Corporation, where responsibilities included quality control, electrical testing, and laboratory documentation in a clean room environment. Kaitlin is currently pursuing a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Purdue University College of Engineering and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Southern Oregon University, along with an Associate's degree in Physics and Chemistry from College of the Siskiyous.
