Carl Lunak has extensive experience in emergency management, currently serving as the Emergency Manager for the City of Bellevue, Washington since September 2021. As the Owner of Prepare Northwest since August 2009, Carl has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership in emergency preparedness. Previously, Carl held the position of Emergency Manager for the Northshore Emergency Management Coalition from January 2016 to September 2021, overseeing emergency management for the cities of Kenmore, Lake Forest Park, the Northshore Fire Department, and the Northshore Utility District. Carl's career also includes roles as Water Quality Safety Officer and Emergency Preparedness Safety & Conservation Coordinator at the Northshore Utility District from February 1995 to December 2016, highlighting a strong background in safety and emergency preparedness.
