Bianca Siegl is an accomplished urban planner with extensive experience in policy and program development. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Citywide Policy and Programs for the City of Bellevue, Washington since August 2021, Bianca previously held the role of Deputy Director of Advance Planning at the Los Angeles County Department of Regional Planning from September 2019 to August 2021. Prior experience includes long-range planning management at the City of West Hollywood from December 2007 to August 2020, and positions at cityLAB as Associate Director, Dake Wilson Architects as Project Manager, and JFAK Architects as Project Designer. Bianca holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Arts in Growth and Structure of Cities from Bryn Mawr College.
