Joanna Garcia is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in eDiscovery, local government, legal education, and litigation. Currently serving as a Discovery Attorney Manager at WilmerHale since October 2016, Joanna leads a team of over 60 attorneys in eDiscovery management, emphasizing efficiency and technology integration. In parallel, Joanna holds the positions of Vice Mayor and Councilmember for the City of Beavercreek, where efforts focus on infrastructure, collaborative planning, and public service initiatives. Joanna is also involved in legal education as a Bar Grader and Academic Success Coach at the University of Dayton School of Law. Previous roles include Associate Attorney at Young & Alexander, Co., LPA, and Attorney at Beck Law Office, LLC, where Joanna handled various civil and criminal cases. Joanna holds a JD from the University of Dayton School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from The Ohio State University.
