Shartice Newkirk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solid waste management and administrative roles within the City of Baltimore, having served as a Solid Waste Analyst since October 2007 and as Acting Administrative Officer in the Water and Wastewater department from June 2004 to October 2007. Prior to this, Shartice held the position of Contract Manager at REI/Drayco Engineering Firm from September 2001 to June 2003. Educational achievements include a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice/Research Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling Psychology, both from Coppin State University, along with a high school diploma from Dunbar Senior High.
