Beckie Wethington is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, event planning, marketing, and information technology. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist for the City of Azle since October 2019, Wethington also contributes to Finesse Event Planning as a staff member, managing various roles in event coordination. Previous roles include serving as a Marketer/Producer for Farmers Insurance, handling social media marketing while being licensed in property and casualty as well as life insurance in Texas. Wethington has also directed the Pre-k/Parents Day Out program at First Baptist Church of Lakeside, where responsibilities included hiring staff. Earlier experience includes working as an Information Technology Coordinator for the City of Kingman, where cross-training in multiple financial functions and software conversion was key.
