Romani Lalani is an Engineer I at Toole Design Group, having previously served as an Organizational Learning and Development Officer at Parks Canada, where policy and training development for infrastructure assets was a key focus. Romani also held roles such as Applied Research/Industry Linkages Officer at Colleges and Institutes Canada and Program Development Lead at the University of Alberta, contributing to the Bridge to Engineering program and serving as a Teaching Assistant for Engineering courses. Prior experience includes a Civil Engineering internship at Parks Canada, Junior Estimator at EllisDon, and research positions at the University of Alberta and Alberta Sulphur Research Ltd.
