Jolex Del Pilar is a Senior Application Developer for the City of Austin since March 2022, focusing on app and web application projects while creating reporting tools for various stakeholders. As a Freelance Software Developer at Exeter Media LLC since October 2008, Jolex specializes in interactive media, including Android/iOS development and serious game development. Experience includes roles as a Youth Basketball Coach at YMCA of Central Texas and as a Programmer Analyst at Saddleback College, where Jolex contributed to campus-wide technology initiatives.
