Chia Berry is an experienced software engineering professional currently serving as Software Engineering Team Lead at the City of Austin's Transportation Data and Technology Services since October 2019, following roles in the Transportation Department and Office of Design and Delivery. In addition to a self-employed software engineering practice since 2016, Chia Berry previously worked as a Full Stack Developer for musx, focusing on cross-platform mobile app development. Chia Berry's diverse background includes extensive experience in the film industry, serving in various production roles, including Art Department Coordinator for notable films and as a Production Manager for the PBS series "BBQ with Franklin." Chia Berry holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Comparative Media Studies from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, awarded in 2006.
