Damon Hill is an experienced leader in enterprise applications and customer success with a strong background in IT and engineering. Currently serving as the Manager of Enterprise Applications & Software Solutions for the City of Aurora since July 2022, Damon oversees six teams crucial to the city's IT priorities, enhancing productivity and streamlining processes. Previously, at Wi-Tronix, LLC, Damon managed customer success for over 60 clients, significantly improving operational outcomes through agile methodologies. With a notable tenure at GE Transportation, Damon held various roles where achievements included cost savings, enhanced reporting accuracy, and improved reliability for extensive locomotive fleets. Damon holds a Bachelor of Science in Automotive Technology and Diesel Technology from Montana State University-Northern, along with an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Arapahoe Community College.
