Pierre Johnson, PMP®, has extensive experience in performance management and operational improvement within the public sector. Currently serving as Chief of Administration and Director of Performance Management for the City of Atlanta since August 2012, Pierre Johnson oversees performance improvement activities in the Department of Public Works and leads cross-functional teams. Prior roles include CRM Business Process Analyst at ATL311 and Management Analyst in the Department of Public Works, where Pierre Johnson developed operational manuals and streamlined business processes. Previous experience includes operations management at Sapphire Solutions and vice-presidency in sales and operations at TTPC, alongside a decade at IBM in various project management and technical roles. Pierre Johnson holds a BA in Computer Science from Morehouse College and a Project Management Certificate from Clayton State University.
