Patrick R. Schneider currently serves as the Service Delivery Manager for Innovation, Performance & Accountability at the City of Atlanta since October 2024. Prior to this role, Patrick held various positions at Accushield®, including Director of Customer Success and Customer Success Manager, where responsibilities included providing exceptional customer support and fostering strong client relationships. Patrick also worked as Manager of Operations Support and Contracts Teams at Arke, with project management and senior business analyst duties tailored to specific project needs. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Service Delivery Manager at ConvergeOne, where Patrick achieved a 100% retention rate for customer contracts and managed a national 24/7 Support Center as Service & Support Center Manager at Combest. Academic qualifications include two Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Relations from Hawaii Pacific University and a non-degree program in Chinese Mandarin from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.
