Kimberly Frazier, MHRM, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR leadership roles. Currently serving as HRBP - Director for the City of Atlanta since January 2023, Kimberly conducts regular meetings with business units and provides strategic HR guidance. Prior to this role, Kimberly worked as Human Resources Manager II, focusing on maximizing departmental effectiveness and managing HR functions. Kimberly's previous experience includes serving as Human Resources Director and Manager at WINDAMIR DEVELOPMENT, INC., where Kimberly acted as a liaison between management and employees and handled compliance and benefits policies. Kimberly also held roles at West Asset Management and Riverwood, Inc., managing employee relations and training. With a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Walden University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Kennesaw State University, Kimberly is equipped with the knowledge and skills to drive organizational success.
