James Pritts, P.E. is a Development Review Engineer with the City of Arvada since July 2022, responsible for overseeing privately constructed improvements in public right-of-way and easements, as well as managing design and contract administration for city infrastructure projects. Prior to this role, James worked as a Roads Engineer at CONSOR Engineers from June 2019 to July 2022 and gained experience as a Bridge Inspection Intern at the same firm in 2018. James began the professional journey as a Research Assistant in the Penn State MC-REU Program in 2017 and completed an internship as a Construction Inspector with PennDOT in 2016. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University and Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, completed in 2019 and 2017, respectively.
