Daniel Smith, PLS, currently serves as the Chief Surveyor / Civil Design CAD Manager at the City of Arvada, overseeing land surveying and CAD services programs for public works projects. Previously, at CDOT, Daniel held the position of Land Survey / ROW Manager, managing land surveying and ROW services for transportation and public works projects. With extensive leadership experience, Daniel excels in team building, recruitment, and management of professional and technical staff.
