Jacquelyn Keen, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resource Specialist I at the City of Apopka, providing generalist HR functions and supporting departmental processes since November 2022. Previously, Jacquelyn worked as a Human Resources Specialist I at Right at Home, managing recruiting and talent management for a large team of caregivers, and as an Administrative Specialist at Kindred at Home, where responsibilities included HR support and coordination of communications. Jacquelyn holds a Certified Nursing Assistant credential and has degrees in Commercial Foods and Culinary Arts, along with a High School Diploma from Umatilla High School.
