Janet Carpenter, PHR, SHRM-CP, possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resource Service Partner for the City of Ann Arbor since 2000, with previous roles as an HR Analyst and Administrative Coordinator in Human Resources & Labor Relations. Prior to this, Janet held the position of HR Specialist at BCN from 1999 to 2000. Janet holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Administration, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Administration, both from Concordia University Ann Arbor.
