Heather Koch, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Service Partner for the City of Ann Arbor since May 2015, after holding roles as Human Resources Analyst and Human Resources Coordinator within the same organization. Prior to this, Heather worked at Sporthorse Saddlery as a Sales Associate/Human Resources Manager from June 2008 to May 2015. Additional experience includes serving as a Human Resources Benefits Intern for the City of Ann Arbor and a Graduate Assistant in the Management Department at Eastern Michigan University. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication and Management from Albion College and a Master's in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University.
