Rudy Emami previously held roles at the City of Anaheim, including City Engineer and Engineering Manager, where leadership included managing the Capital Improvement Program and directing public works infrastructure projects. Earlier experience includes positions as Principal Civil Engineer and Design Engineer, with expertise in drainage and hydraulic engineering from RBF Consulting and EKN Engineering. Rudy Emami holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Civil Engineering from California State University, Long Beach.
