Rafael Cobian, T.E., LEED GA, serves as City Traffic Engineer and Engineering Manager at the City of Anaheim since June 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing traffic engineering reviews, managing the Neighborhood Traffic Management Program, and administering the Permit Parking Program. Previously, Rafael worked as Associate Traffic Engineer, participating in the Planning Commission Interdepartmental Design Committee, and as Senior Transportation Engineer at Fehr & Peers, managing various transportation planning projects and models in Southern California. Rafael began the professional journey as an Engineering Intern at British Petroleum and holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
