Jules Vincent R. is a skilled event manager and social media strategist with extensive experience in video production and marketing. Currently serving as an Event Manager for the City of Alvarado since January 2024, Jules also holds the position of Social Media Manager and Independent Content Creator at YouTube, where efforts have garnered 10 million lifetime views and a significant subscriber base. Previous roles include Marketing Manager at RippleWorx, Associate Consultant at ECA Strategies providing political communications consulting, and Communications and Planning Consultant for the National Republican Senatorial Committee. Jules has also demonstrated expertise in event planning, grassroots marketing, and content creation through positions at Goosehead Insurance Agency, The University of Texas at Dallas, UTDTV, and other organizations.
