James Cirelli, P.E. is an experienced environmental and associate engineer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from Drexel University, obtained in 2015. Currently serving as an Associate Engineer for the City of Albany, California since September 2021, previous roles include Assistant Engineer at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, where responsibilities included preparing water quality investigation studies and managing pipeline disinfection plans. Cirelli's earlier experience encompasses work as an Environmental Engineer at Arcadis, focusing on remedial systems, an intern at Roux Associates preparing site investigation reports, and several internships involving inspections and environmental monitoring at Philadelphia International Airport and Philadelphia Water.
