Susan Grimm (Rozsa) has extensive experience in waste and recycling management, currently serving as Team Leader for Waste & Recycling Services at the City of Airdrie since December 2013, where responsibilities include leadership and project management. Prior roles at the City of Airdrie include Team Leader for Waste & Recycling and Property Administrator. Susan also held positions in customer service management at Sabal Homes and Cedarglen Homes, as well as a Customer Service Manager role at Homes by Avi (Canada) Inc. Educationally, Susan obtained a Project Management Certificate from Mount Royal University.
