Mike Korman is an experienced professional in management and development, currently serving as the Manager of Advocacy and Investment for the City of Airdrie since March 2024. Previously, Korman held several key positions in the Town of Cochrane, Alberta, including Deputy Director of Emergency Management and Business Development Manager, focusing on business attraction and job creation. Korman's career also includes a role as Interim Director of Planning and Development Services at NeoStream Technologies Inc., where responsibilities involved project management and product ownership. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Graycon Group Ltd., and various management roles in the restaurant industry with Red Robin Restaurants and Moxie's Restaurants. Korman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management from the Haskayne School of Business, completed in 2012.
