Prior roles include SVP, CISO & Head of IT Risk at City National Bank, EVP and CISO at BBVA USA, and Chief Information Security Officer at Bank OZK. Fricke's extensive experience encompasses strategic planning, program development, governance, and risk management, backed by an EMBA in Cybersecurity Analytics and relevant degrees in strategic cyber security and homeland security management.
